In Spring 2019, I was a teaching assistant for UBC’s Conservation Biology course. Focused on teaching the principles of Conservation Biology with a focus on quantitative modelling and statistical analysis of ecological data, I was brought on to the teaching team to develop and present introductory R lessons. Over the course of 4 code-along tutorials (each approximately 3 hours long), the class covered basic and intermediate R skills including data manipulation, statistical analysis, graphing, and phylogenetic regression.
Feel free to use these introductory R lessons
